AI Consultation: Apart from managing AI projects, the Director should also provide strategic consulting on AI technologies, helping to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. They should stay current with advances in AI and predictive analytics to recommend how AI can be integrated into broader business strategy and operations. This includes coordinating with relevant teams for the deployment and optimization of AI solutions. Their expertise in AI should guide the organization in understanding the potentials and challenges of AI implementation, ultimately driving innovation through technology.
This individual will need to work closely with Data Analytics Platforms (DAP) Strategy enabler and DAP Operations in Business Solutions International (BSI) on specific projects that need their inputs.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic vision for consulting and program management, ensuring full alignment with evolving business objectives and long-term goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of governance structures that support prioritization, demand planning, and optimal resource allocation across initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed consulting and program management strategies into broader business frameworks, enhancing integration and impact.
- Deliver high-impact consulting services, including excellence reviews, cost-efficiency assessments, and strategic guidance on technology and AI adoption.
- Design and implement business operations models, including governance frameworks, workflow processes, resourcing strategies, and engagement models tailored to business needs.
- Provide expert consultation on AI technologies, identifying opportunities for integration and guiding the organization in leveraging AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and predictive analytics advancements, ensuring informed decision-making and the strategic deployment of AI solutions across functions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of program management for key initiatives, including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk and issue tracking.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing risk, and scaling consulting and PMO solutions to meet growing demands.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving user adoption, and enhancing solution scalability.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in consulting, program management, & PMO functions, with a proven ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and people leadership
- Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management principles within consulting and program management environments
- Expertise in AI technologies and their application in business transformation, including experience guiding AI-related projects.
- Proficiency in consulting and program management tools and platforms, with a track record of delivering results in dynamic, global settings.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
